As an important part of enterprise financial management,working capital management plays a key role in enterprise daily operation.Working capital refers to the daily working capital used in the operation of enterprises.Its management effect is closely related to the financial status of enterprises and has a direct effect on the daily operation and profit creation of enterprises.Academic research on working capital management has gone through a process from single factor evaluation to channel-based analysis.At present,the theory of supply chain management and customer relationship is generally integrated into the working capital management in the industry.As an intermediate link between pharmaceutical manufacturing industry and pharmaceutical market,pharmaceutical circulation industry plays a vital role in the stable development of China’s pharmaceutical market.Based on a policy of "two votes" passed in 2016,the medicine circulation industry development present situation and future trends have a profound impact,this article selects fourth in the industry of medicine circulation enterprises,hope to provide more ideas and methods for the enterprise in the management of working capitalThis paper first introduced the research background and significance,and then sorted out and evaluated the research literature on working capital management.Combined with the introduction of channel based working capital management theory,customer relationship theory and supply chain management,it laid a theoretical foundation for the following case analysis.This article first introduced the medicine circulation industry development present situation and the "two votes" impact on the development of the industry,and then by applying management pattern of similar share after contrast,analysis of the two companies purchasing,find out the problem,and put forward the improvement opinion.Through the analysis of this paper,the author hopes to provide some reference value for pharmaceutical circulation enterprises in coping with the reform measures such as "two-ticket system" and industry competition. |
