Under the background of economic transition and social transformation in China, people’s cognition, attitude, behavior, values is constantly changing. The traditional spirit of "dedication" is missing. The authoritative survey shows that the engagement rate of Chinese employee is relatively lower, the Chinese blue collar is especially low, which has become the major reason to restrict development of Chinese manufacturing business. Among the factors influencing employee engagement, compensation is the first driven factor, meanwhile, the blue collar enjoy a lower compensation justice compared to other industry.Currently, it’s still lack of the in-depth study of employee engagement in China, as well as the research for the relationship between compensation justice and employee engagement. And, most of the research was toward the general employee or knowledge employee instead of blue collars. This study set Chinese manufacturing blue-collar employees as the research object, using the method of empirical research, introducing POS as mediating variable in the relationship between compensation justice and employee engagement, exploring relationship between "compensation justice, perceived organizational support and employee engagement". The research conclusions are as follows:the compensation justice, POS and employee engagement of blue-collar employee in manufacturing enterprises shows a positively correlated relationship between each other; compensation justice and its interactions dimension has strong prediction effect to employee engagement. Compensation justice and its three dimensions can significantly predict POS; POS and its value recognition and interest caring dimensions can significantly predict employee engagement. POS shows partial intermediary effect between compensation justice and employee engagement.
