The selection of enterprise competition strategy is very important in modern enterprise management.It is the key to detennine the success or failure of the enterprise and the main function of the modern enterprise leaders.Modern new technology companies are usually at the forefront of the era in technology.Compared with traditional enterprises,it is easier to develop new market demand,thus realizing the growth and development of the enterprise.Nevertheless,there are obvious deficiencies in the new technology companies.New enterprises often cannot update the traditional mode of operation in time to match the corresponding technological innovation,such as the unreasonable purchase plan of raw materials;the time,the staffing and quality of the production process is difficult to control;the period of the return accounts in the sale process is affected;the occupancy rate of the after-sale service to the core service personnel is too high;the other is the other.The reserve of resources is easy to keep up.Therefore,the new technology companies put forward greater challenges to the strategic management of enterprises.Many different analytical models are used for strategic analysis of enterprises.Among them,PEST model,Potter five force model are widely used in the analysis of enterprise strategic management as a classic analysis model.In this article,N company,founded in 2014,is a new technology company based on the technology of Internet of things.It is located in Haidian District,Beijing,which has been gathered by many famous universities and scientific research institutes.The main products are analysis and testing instruments.Recently,with the rapid development of the company,N company is facing a problem of unclear strategic direction.If it is not resolved as soon as possible,it will seriously hamper the future development of the company,and even threaten the future survival of the company.In view of this situation,this paper adopts the three models mentioned above to carry out strategic analysis of N company.First,the PEST model is used to analyze the external environment of N company,including the political environment,the economic environment,the social environment and the scientific and technological environment.Then,the Potter five force model is used to analyze the competitive strategy of N company,and the suppliers' bargaining power and the bargaining power of the buyers are analyzed.The ability to enter potential competitors,the ability to substitute alternatives,and the competitive ability of competitors in the industry.Through the evaluation of the company's advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats in the competitive market,the company carries out a thorough and comprehensive analysis of the company and the position of competitive advantage.Through the analysis of the above two theoretical models,this paper believes that N company should develop a development strategy based on professional strategy.Using this strategic goal,N company has optimized and integrated various resources,established an effective corporate culture,and enhanced the company's brand awareness.Now it has occupied an important position in the field of domestic testing instruments.As far as we know,this is the first systematic and comprehensive application of strategic analysis to a new type of company based on IoT technology,and has achieved remarkable results.In addition,the application of this strategic analysis also provides useful reference for other high-tech companies based on the Internet of Things technology.
