Comprehensive Evaluation Of Financing Decision Of Incubator Enterprises Based On FAHP

In today’s era of science and technology innovation as vitality,incubator as a powerful carrier of Cultivating Science and technology-based SMEs plays an extremely important role in enhancing the vitality and survival rate of SMEs,promoting the development of high-tech industries,revitalizing regional economy and cultivating new economic growth points.In November 2018,President Xi Jinping proposed to set up a brand-new independent board “science and technology innovation board” in the Shanghai Stock Exchange at the first China International Import Exposition.This action shows the strong support of the state for scientific and technological innovation,and the market value of most venture capital firms in the market is also soaring,and incubators are the core of the venture capital industry.In recent years,incubators have developed rapidly,but they are still restricted by financing difficulties.Therefore,this thesis intends to establish a comprehensive evaluation model of financing decision-making of incubator enterprises to seek the best financing mode or combination to solve this problem.The domestic research on the financing decision-making of incubators is almost blank.This thesis deeply analyses the factors affecting the financing decisionmaking of incubators.The main influencing factors include the status of financing subjects,financing risks,financing economic results and incubation environment.On this basis,four first-level indicators and sixteen second-level indicators are constructed.The evaluation index system of incubator financial decision-making is established,and then the weight judgment matrix of index is constructed by expert scoring method.The weight of each first-level index and second-level index is obtained by fuzzy analytic hierarchy process.Finally,on the basis of the above research,an evaluation model of incubator financing decision-making is constructed and applied to the case of Beizhiya incubator financing decision-making.Based on the evaluation results,specific financing decision-making suggestions are put forward for Beizhiya incubator.
