Countermeasure Research On The Tax Service Improvement Of Jingdezhen City Tax Service Office

Tax administrative organizations must pay attention to their own service functions,and constantly improve the level of tax services,improve tax efficiency,to meet the taxpayer's service needs.In the tax department,the Office of Tax Services plays a vital role.It is an indispensable component of the tax department.The department is responsible for providing tax services to taxpayers and carrying out tax collection and taxation.The establishment and development of the hall directly affects the local tax service level.Up to now,China has not yet established a sound management system in tax services,the development of tax offices slow,the regional tax service level there is a big gap between China's tax service level is far lower than Europe and the United States and other countries,To explore and analyze the tax service management of the tax office,pointing out the problems and shortcomings in the tax service,and put forward some feasible suggestions and methods in combination with the current situation,which is helpful to improve the service level and quality of service of the tax office and make it into service Type tax organization.This paper investigates the status quo of the tax service management of the Tax Office of Jingdezhen City Taxation Bureau,and finds out that the existing problems are:the business process is not reasonable;the tax promotion and consultation counseling need to be improved;the evaluation method of tax service needs to be improved;Quality is not high;tax service department personalized tax service is missing;tax information service level to be improved.Then,in view of the causes of the problem,on the basis of drawing on the advanced experience of taxpayer management in developed countries,this paper puts forward some suggestions on how to improve the quality of tax service of Jingdezhen Taxation Bureau: 1.Set up taxpayers' The service concept;2to achieve the tax office business process for the flat management;3 to establish tax assessment services inside and outside the assessment system;4.To strengthen the professional quality of tax personnel training;5 to promote information technology.It is hoped that through this study,we will put forward specific suggestions and suggestions for improving the service quality of the Tax Office of Jingdezhen Taxation Bureau.
