Study On Rural Labor Shortage Under The Background Of Rural Revitalization

Xi Jinping put forward the strategy of "implementing the strategy of revitalizing rural areas",pointing out that "solving the problems of 'agriculture,rural areas and farmers' has always been the top priority of the party's work".Although the problems of "agriculture,rural areas and farmers" in China have been improved,the rural areas have gradually separated from the traditional rural areas and taken on a new look.However,with the continuous development of economy,farmers begin to change their consciousness.A large number of farmers leave the countryside to work in cities for higher income.If we want to build a new countryside and revitalize it,the rural labor force is the core force.For a long time,there are still many problems in rural areas,such as low attention,insufficient development momentum and serious lag behind the cities.They are faced with many development problems,such as weak industrial base,aging population,left-behind women,children and lack of rural labor force.Lack of rural labor force,especially the loss of young labor force and the lack of rural "elite" makes it hard for rural get effective development,new technology,new idea cannot be effectively applied to the construction of new countryside,to a large extent hindered the development of the rural modernization,but also restricts the implementation of the strategy of rejuvenating the country.Therefore,it is urgent to solve the problem of current rural labor shortage,which is also the only way to accelerate the rural transformation..Based on the background of rural revitalization,this paper studies the rural labor force in Jiangxi province.On the basis of elaborating the rural revitalization strategy and the concepts and theories related to rural labor force,this paper describes the current situation and problems of rural labor force in Jiangxi province through collating relevant data and literature.There are mainly problems such as the reduction of total rural labor resources,imbalance of rural labor population structure,and prominent problems of rural population education,etc.The reasons for the lack of labor force in Jiangxi province are analyzed from three aspects: the government,rural areas and farmers.The reasons at the government level mainly include the unfair allocation of public service resources and the obvious barrier of urban-rural dual structure.The main reasons at the rural level are the weak industrial base and the unsound rural land management system.The reasons at the peasant level mainly include the low income level of rural labor force,the low level of consumption expenditure of rural labor force and the low social status of rural labor force.The negative effects of rural labor shortage on rural revitalization were analyzed from three aspects of rural labor subject,agricultural production and rural development.Finally,countermeasures and Suggestions to solve the rural labor shortage in Jiangxi province were put forward according to the research conclusion.This paper argues that to achieve rural revitalization,we should start with optimizing rural development environment,strengthening government service function,strengthening personnel training and introducing,stabilize rural labor force population in Jiangxi i province,and provide reference for Jiangxi province to implement rural revitalization strategy.
