The Study Of Department Building Of Infrastructure Department In A Corporation Based On A Three Dimensional View

The construction of a high performance team is an important organizational means for enterprises to improve the quality of products and services,promote innovation activities,reduce production costs and enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises.The improvement of departmental performance depends on all aspects,the contents of departmental construction include accelerating its operation,exerting the efforts of department,creating a harmonious and good atmosphere,enhancing the enthusiasm of the professional quality of departmental staff,and perfecting departmental rules and regulations.So how to carry out department building is one of the important topics of our current research.Based on this,this paper mainly takes the department building of the Construction Department of A company as the research object.Firstly,it expounds the background,significance,content and method of this paper.Then it elaborates the research status of department building.And it describes the management problems of A company in the following part,in which the case is written.Then introduces the background of A power company and Han Qiang,the new director of the construction department;secondly,it describes Han Qiang facing the situation of contradictions within the department,decided to fight hard and develop team building.Then,the case comprehensively stated the tortuous process of Han Qiang's trying to adjust his position and optimize his organization in difficulties.Finally,the case summarized the effect of team building.After completing the description of management problems,the case is analyzed through a 3 dimensional view which is leadership theory,stuff selection,motivation.Based on the analysis results,relevant suggestions and countermeasures are given,and finally the research conclusions and suggestions are obtained.I hope this study can provide theoretical basis and specific experience for other similar enterprises,especially state-owned enterprises,to carry out department building.
