Baoshan arabica coffee industry is a plateau characteristic industry vigorously developed by Baoshan Municipal Government.It is one of the key industries accelerated by Baoshan Municipal Government.Due to its unique geographical and climatic conditions,Baoshan has become a major production area of arabica coffee,with provinces and even the whole country.Very important position.In recent years,with the continuous expansion of coffee planting area,coffee production has increased year after year.The problems in Baoshan arabica coffee industry in terms of quality,brand and sales have become increasingly prominent.In particular,the sales of coffee products are limited,the product backlog is becoming more and more obvious,and it is difficult to have a higher breakthrough.The development of Baoshan arabica coffee industry has encountered bottlenecks.How Baoshan Municipal Government seize opportunities and accelerate the development of Baoshan arabica coffee industry is a problem worth studying.In this paper,using literature research method,interview research method,case analysis method and other research methods,after analyzing the favorable conditions for the development of Baoshan arabica coffee industry,the development status and problems of Baoshan arabica coffee industry are expounded.And research on the government functions in the development of Baoshan arabica coffee industry,and proposing to support the development of Baoshan arabica coffee industry is the need of Baoshan Municipal Government's own development,the need of Baoshan granule coffee industry development,the needs of coffee farmers and enterprise development;pointing out Baoshan arabica coffee industry The positioning of the functions of developing government is macro guidance function,industrial supervision function and public service function;it analyzes the status quo and problems of government functions in the development of Baoshan arabica coffee industry.Drawing on the experience and enlightenment of the local government of Dehong Prefecture and Pu'er City to support the development of arabica coffee industry,it is pointed out that the government must provide certain support for the development of the industry.Finally,the Baoshan Municipal Government is proposed from three aspects:macro guidance,industrial supervision and public service.Support the development strategy of the arabica coffee industry.
