Research On Government Functions Of Special Industrial Parks Development In Townships

As a significant carrier of industrial economy,industrial parks play an important role in economy development.The development of special industrial parks in townships is also the process of government functions change and government service for regional economy development.Kunshan is located in Changjiang Delta,which is the most developed area in China.Since reform and development,Kunshan has developed rapidly and the special industrial parks have gradually become the engine of regional economy.During the development of special industrial parks in townships,government of both Kunshan city and related townships has carried out some beneficial attempt in function change,public goods supply and administrative efficiency.Meanwhile there also exist such problems as government dislocation and unscientific industry position.Starting from the theory of government function,industry agglomeration,and growth pole theory and based on the situation and problems of special industrial parks in townships,this article tries to propose some suggestions from the dimension of development principle,government functions performance,government instrument and government performance evaluation,so as to better serve for the sound and sustainable development of local economy.
