With the globalization of trade and the intensification of international competition,the labor costs that Chinese companies have been relying on for survival and the low cost of raw materials have been almost lost.To maintain high market competitiveness,Chinese companies must focus on improving themselves.The management level,so the militarized management with strong execution and absolute obedience culture began to receive the attention of managers.This paper begins with the origin of militarized management,and then conducts an extended analysis of militarized management.Taking Henan Xinlianxin Fertilizer Co.,Ltd.as an example,the current situation of the militarized management of the enterprise is based on the Mc Kinsey 7S model theory.The seven dimensions of structure,system,style,staff,skill,strategy,and shared values ??are analyzed.After analysis,the author believes that the military management of Henan Xinlianxin Fertilizer Co.,Ltd.has obvious problems in obeying culture,departmental barriers,bureaucracy,and external image.For example,parents who are unwilling to adopt different opinions and pursue absolute obedience.Style;some leaders found that their subordinates spoke with their own different voices and frowned,and saw that their men should be obedient,making bureaucratic and flattering cultures rampant;too strict management allowed talents to stay away from the company.In order to help solve such problems,the author proposed relevant improvement measures,such as weakening“rigid management”,strengthening “flexible management”,drawing on “amiba”management to open “department walls”,and promoting “coach culture” to counter bureaucracy.Weaken "pressure" management,strengthen "people-oriented management" and so on.In summary,the author concludes that the use of militarized management must not be copied blindly,and should be improved according to its own reality,and the introduction of militarized management into the enterprise.If used properly,it will have a huge positive effect on the enterprise.
