The research of executive power in China started relatively late, and the overseasresearch results are relatively few. The lack of execution has become the bottleneck ofthe development of domestic enterprises. Because the implementation is not in place,many promising strategy is difficult to put into practice, even if we also have little effect.Guangxi because of its geographical advantage, due to the policy difficult to control, butalso is resource intensive enterprise centralized place, development lags behind in thesoutheast coastal areas. Executive power has become the Guangxi enterprisedevelopment short board.Promoting implementation relies on human initiative. Moreover, top managementdecisions depend on the middle-level cadres, first-line managers, frontline staff executedthoroughly, so that enterprises are facing is how to execute. Is execution not in need ofsome condition? Looking to improve the execution condition is the original intention ofthis paper. If there are no solid grass-roots support would not have a business empire.This paper studies on the execution. At the same time on the X-theory proposed bythe hypothesis of human nature view, combined with Guangxi District machinerymanufacturing enterprise development situation, from the angle of human natureassumption proposed the influence level of management execution capacity factorsystem.Then the paper constructs the factor analysis model. At first, use the small sampledata for exploratory analysis. The results showed, information factor, capacity planning,process specification of factors which influence factor to enhance the implementation ofkey factor. At the same time, small sample survey results also show, facing theimplementation effect three aspects (Quality, On-time, Site-management) by researcherpay more attention to quality improvement, followed by the delivery of ascension,however the promotion although in the delivery on time, but the gap is not obvious,shows managers also pay great attention to the scene the improvement and promotion.Then the application of lisrel8.7software on large sample data analysis, results alsoshow similar conclusions.Through empirical analysis, the paper put forward to promote managementexecution proposal. This paper introduces the Toyota mode of production and its success,as conditional enterprises to provide a reference example.
