Study On Countermeasures Of Income Gap Between Urban And Rural Residents In Liaoyang City

Since the reform and opening up,with the rapid development of China's economy and society,the amount of household wealth of urban and rural residents has been increasing day by day,and the quality of life has also been significantly improved.In the process,however,the income gap between urban and rural residents has not been narrowed.It is of great significance to conduct in-depth research and analysis on the development trend of the urban-rural income gap and make appropriate adjustments to realize the grand goal of building a moderately prosperous society in all respects by 2020.As a typical city in underdeveloped areas and one of the cities in the old industrial base of northeast China,Liaoyang city has always been in the forefront of Liaoning province in terms of economic aggregate for many years.Therefore,it is of great value to study the income difference between urban and rural areas in Liaoyang city and put forward solutions to the problem.On this basis,this article takes Liaoyang city residents'income difference between urban and rural areas as the specific research object,through literature research,theoretical study method,investigation method,inductive method,the combination of qualitative and quantitative analysis methods,analysis of the current situation of Liaoyang income disparity between urban and rural areas,points out problems existing in Liaoyang city urban and rural income and to analyze its reasons,and puts forward some countermeasures to narrow the gap in Liaoyang city income finally.The conclusions are as follows:(1)The urban-rural income difference of Liaoyang residents is mainly affected by wage income and net income from transfer.(2)By analyzing the absolute and relative indicators of the urban-rural income gap in Liaoyang city,it is concluded that the urban-rural absolute income gap in Liaoyang city gradually widens and the change of the relative gap is not stable.Through comparative analysis of the gap data between Liaoyang city and Liaoning province and other cities in Liaoning province,it is concluded that the per capita disposable income of urban residents in Liaoyang city is lower than that of urban residents in Liaoning province.(3)Problems existing in the urban-rural income gap of Liaoyang residents:first,the urban-rural income gap is large and continues to expand;Second,the rural income structure is less optimized than the urban income structure.The reasons for the income difference between urban and rural residents are as follows.The second is the dual economic and social structure factor of urban-rural division.Third,the difference between urban and rural welfare.Through correlation analysis and research,it is concluded that the urban-rural income gap in Liaoyang city is greatly affected by the urban-rural welfare difference.(4)Put forward Suggestions to narrow the income gap between urban and rural areas:change farmers'minds and improve their vocational skills;Improve the bearing capacity of urban and rural integration departments,and give full play to the role of suburban areas and counties;Optimizing the allocation of urban and rural resources;To break the dual household registration system and unify the identity of urban and rural residents;Each district and county focuses on developing advantageous industries;We will establish a system of equitable development for urban and rural residents."Through the analysis of this paper and countermeasures and Suggestions.In order to provide some inspiration and Suggestions for narrowing the urban-rural income gap in Liaoyang city.
