The Research On Centralized Purchasing Of China State Shipbuilding Corporation

Procurement management plays an important role in enterprise’s management,every coin reduction in procurement can change directly into profits. However the new market environment and the changes of enterprise organization challenge the procurement management a lot. Due to the lack of advanced technology support and the disadvantages in itself,the decentralized procurement management mode doesn’t accommodate to the group company’s demand. Extensive attention is given to centralized purchasing for its ideology specialization and collaboration and its advantage in resource conformity.The dissertation mainly works on the procurement mode of centralized purchasing in the background of China State Shipbuilding Corporation,An analysis to the situation of procurement management before was taken.Then gave some advices to the problems based on the research of centralized purchasing mode,that is strengthening the intention of centralized purchasing, enhancing professional training,reducing the cost of shipbuilding,bringing up the core competence of the whole enterprise..This paper does not only provide a direction for the development of strengthing centralized purchasing of CSSC,but also wished be taken as a reference for the procurement reforming for the other marine companies in China.
