With the continuous development of social economy,the business scale of enterprises is also expanding.Faced with the large number of employees and the rapid growth of business scale,the original business operation mode no longer meets the growing business management needs.Therefore,various large and medium-sized enterprises in China have introduced and applied the "Amiba operation" management mode successively.The Amiba operation mode is developed by Japan's Daosheng.Mr.Hefu's proposal,which has been successfully applied in Kyocera and JAL in Japan,has been widely promoted and applied by enterprises in China.Under this mode of operation,the role and status of financial departments of enterprises have been continuously improved and played an important role in this mode.However,how to explore a set of financial control model suitable for this enterprise? Continuing to provide business management services for the development of enterprises and guard against enterprise risks is the key point of enterprise management,which is conducive to the long-term stable and healthy development of enterprises.On the other hand,due to the less successful application of Amiba management model in China,this paper is also an attempt to explore the mode of financial management and control,because of the lack of successful application of Amiba management model in China.The functions entrusted to the financial department may vary greatly with the different culture and management methods and ideas of each enterprise.Our company introduced the Amiba operation mode in 2012.Under this mode,the company has played a great role in market expansion and profit creation.However,because there is no set of management rules to follow in the application of this mode,after a period of time,there are various contradictions and problems within the company,and the contradictions and problems become more and more serious.More and more prominent,to a large extent,hindered and restricted the continued development and progress of enterprises,but also increased the risks of enterprises.Because of the long-term influence of this mode,the transformation of the operation mode of enterprises has become extremely difficult and there are certain risks.Therefore,how to combine the current Amiba business model,and in this mode of operation,financial management and control of the company's business department? It will be the focus of this paper to analyze and apply the interest relationship and risk prevention,to find out a financial management and control mode that is conducive to the healthy development of enterprises,and to solve the existing problems.This paper is divided into the following parts:First,the introduction part,this part mainly elaborates the research background and significance of the paper,the current situation at home and abroad,as well as the research methods and ideas.Second,the theoretical basis,in this part will elaborate the theoretical basis of financial control,the concept,content and purpose of Amiba business model.Thirdly,XYHG company's current financial management and control status and problems analysis,here will introduce the basic situation of XYHG company,as well as the organizational structure,the stage of development faced by enterprises,internal and external environment,as well as the current business management model and financial management and control status of the existing problems are analyzed,to provide a theoretical basis for subsequent improvement and optimization.Foundation.Fourth,XYHG financial management and control model optimization research part,based on the existing problems of enterprises,combined with the purpose and significance of Amiba business management model,put forward the requirements for financial management and control of enterprises,and according to the requirements,reconstruct and optimize the organizational structure,functions,processes of enterprise finance,so as to make it adapt to the development and needs of enterprises,and improve the development decision-making.Provide strong data support and guarantee.Fifthly,in order to ensure the smooth implementation of the optimization scheme and achieve certain results,financial control will be carried out through internal management,financial control,information utilization and integration,risk management and control,as well as strengthening the internal supervision of enterprises,while ensuring the independence of the business department,strengthening the financial control of the overall operation of the company.Finally,the conclusion part will summarize and summarize the overall structure of the paper.
