Under the new normal economy,the traditional economic development model is not only difficult to promote the rapid growth of the economy,but also inhibits the pace of economic transformation and upgrading.The Nineteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China proposed to "building a strong country with strong manufacturing,a country with high quality","building an innovative country" and "building an industrial system of real economy,scientific and technological innovation,modern finance and coordinated development of human resources." Therefore,technological innovation form new economic impetus.As an important competitive point of global industrial economy,productive service industry is not only an important part of modern service,but also an important thrust for the transformation and upgrading of manufacturing industry.As Chinese government puts forth the strategy of "innovation country" and "manufacturing power",we should exert positive effect of technological innovation and productive service industry,accelerate the coordinated development of technological innovation and productive service industry,and form new momentum and shape for China's economic development.This is of great significance for promoting the important motivator and accelerating the transformation of China's old economic motivation to the new one.On the basis of relevant theories and literatures,this paper analyses the influence mechanism of the coordinated development of technological innovation and productive service industry,and then specifically analyses the coordinated development of technological innovation and productive service industry in China.Firstly,it construct the evaluation index system of technological innovation and productive service industry,and choose the entropy method and the coupling coordination model to measure the coordinated development level of technological innovation and productive service industry,and analyze the differences in the status of the coordinated development of China's technological innovation and productive service industry from two aspects of time and space.Secondly,in order to clarify thereasons for the difference,the spatial autoregressive model is established for technological innovation and productive service industry from six aspects:technological innovation efficiency,productive service industry agglomeration,manufacturing development level,economic development level,urbanization level and openness.The analysis of the influencing factors of coordinated development level reveals that there is spatial correlation between the technological development of China's technological innovation and the productive service industry.The coordinated development level of regional technological innovation and productive service industry will affect the coordinated development level of surrounding areas.Technological innovation efficiency,the level of agglomeration of producer services,the level of manufacturing development and the level of economic development have a significant positive effect on the coordinated development of technological innovation and productive service industries in the region and surrounding areas;The level of urbanization has an inconspicuous positive effect on the coordinated development level of innovation and productive service industry;The degree of openness has a significant negative effect on the level of technological innovation and the coordinated development of the productive service industry in the region and surrounding areas.Finally,based on the relevant research conclusions and the actual situation,put forward the policy recommendations to improve the coordinated development level of China's technological innovation and productive service industry and realize the high-quality development of China's economy.
