Analysis On Demand Willingness Of Land Income Guarantee Loan For Rural Residents In Jilin Province

Rural finance plays an increasingly important role in the economic development of rural areas in China today.However,rural areas have always faced a large development dilemma because of the more complicated development conditions in rural areas compared with cities.How to get rid of the difficulties and bring fresh vitality to rural financial products and services has become an important issue facing the economic development of rural areas in China.Faced with the demand for good financial products and services by agricultural business entities,the innovation of rural financial products and services has naturally become one of the key points for rural areas to achieve higher development levels.The primary problem to be solved in the development of rural finance is the financing of rural residents.The reason for the difficulty of financing rural residents is that they do not have enough assets to meet the mortgage conditions of financial institutions.Coupled with natural risks and other factors,the loans that rural residents apply through formal financial institutions are naturally limited.To this end,land income guarantee loans came into being,and Jilin Province took the lead in implementing this new type of financial products nationwide.As a new member of the large family of rural financial products in our country,the emergence of land income guarantee loan has made the situation of rural residents’ loan difficulties a little better.In order to further expand the business coverage of this loan and make the land income guarantee loan better serve "agriculture,countryside and farmers",it is necessary to conduct in-depth study on it.Based on the theory of planned behavior,this paper conducts a questionnaire survey on the loan willingness of rural residents in some representative loan pilot areas in Jilin Province,and empirically analyzes the data obtained through the binary logistic regression model to explore possible possibilities for Jilin Province.The factors affecting the willingness of rural residents to provide loans for the purpose of providing further reference for the further improvement and promotion of land income guarantee loans.The main research content of this paper can be divided into the following three parts.Firstly,the development of land income guarantee loan pilot project in Jilin Province in recent years is described.The economic and social background,operation mode,achievements and shortcomings of land income guarantee loan in Jilin Province are introduced.Secondly,guided by the theory of planned behavior and based on the questionnaire survey data of some representative land income guarantee loan pilot projects in Jilin Province,through descriptive statistics and binary logistic regression analysis of these data,we found the basic characteristics of rural residents in Jilin Province,such as gender,family economic conditions,loan interest rate and loan quota,and their ability to bear risks.On the other hand,it has great influence on its loan intention.Finally,according to the results of empirical analysis,this paper argues that in order to promote the land income guarantee loan in a wider scope,the government should increase the support of land income guarantee loan,rationally adjust the standard of its loan interest rate and quota,and improve the popularity of the land income guarantee loan.Property financing companies should improve their risk coverage ability and play a greater role as guarantors.Financial institutions should actively carry out land income guarantee loan business and increase the publicity of this loan business.Farmers should strive to improve their ability to repay loans.
