Analysis On Willingness Of Farmer’s Land Circulation And Its Influential Factors

The farmland transfer is the precondition of realizing scale and intensification of farmland management.The rural land transfer is affected by many factors during the transfer process and its’ complexity and particularity of the rural land management right, this hindered the expansion of the rural land transfer scale in Jilin Province. As the main body of farmland transfer, farmers’ expectations of the farmland transfer have an important influence for a region to achieve the farmland transfer. Therefore this author takes the six cities or counties in the central area of Jilin province as study area, and understands the actualities and characteristics of farmers’ expectations and behaviors by investigating 240 farmers inside the study areas. In this paper, the author uses the combination of quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis, building the Logit model to analyze the will and behavior of farmers in the farmland transfer so as to seek the influence factors of its willingness and the micro motive of farmland transfer to promote the rational transfer of rural land right of management. The main contents include the following aspects:1. Based on the analysis of the history, the areas and the forms of the farmland transfer in Jilin Province, the author analyzes deeply the main characteristics and problems in it.2.According to the characteristics and current situation of farmland transfer in Jilin Province, the factors of peasant’s land out of willingness is divided into external factors and internal factors of farmer households, and the author emphatically analyzes the influence factors of external farmers’ willingness of land transfer. The external factors of farmers can be divided into the external economic factors and external system factors. External economic factors including macroeconomic environment, transaction costs of farmland, labor transfer, the price of agricultural products and other aspects; external system factors including the national land policy and the rural social security system etc.3. Based on the data on land circulation farmers, the author makes an empirical analysis of the farmers’ willingness of the farmland outflow and finds out the main impact factors of it, so as to obtain the effective way to promote the development of the circulation of rural land rapidly and healthily in Jilin Province.4 According to the above research, the paper of land circulation analyzes of farmers’ willingness of land transfer and land circulation policy, which is based on the angle of the three principles of rural land transfer.
