Research On Multidimensional Poverty Measurement Of Rural Elderly Under The Background Of Precise Poverty Alleviation

At present,our country is in the critical stage of precise poverty alleviation.The aging problem has become a major challenge facing our country.At the same time,China has also appeared "silver poverty".Among poor elderly people,rural poor elderly people account for a large proportion and are mostly trapped in multidimensional poverty.However,the current poverty alleviation policy is based on too single criteria and can not fully lift rural elderly people out of poverty.As a large population province,Hebei Province is also one of the provinces with more severe tasks of poverty alleviation.There are more elderly people in rural areas,helping rural elderly to reduce poverty and poverty,and solve the problems faced by the elderly in the process of poverty alleviation.Effectively lifting poverty is of great significance for winning the fight against poverty and promoting the people to get rid of poverty.Based on these premise,this paper studies the multi-dimensional poverty of rural elderly in Y County of Hebei Province and analyzes the influencing factors of multi-dimensional poverty,and puts forward relevant policy recommendations,in order to get rid of multi-dimensional poverty and achieve a comprehensive well-off society.The specific research contents are as follows:First of all,based on the existing research and related policies at home and abroad,we design a multi-dimensional poverty indicator system with three dimensions and 18 indicators including living standards,medical care and health,and spirit.Secondly,using the AF multi-dimensional poverty method,the current rural elderly population in Y County of Hebei Province is involved in multi-dimensional poverty,and the dimensions and indicators of rural poverty in Hebei Province are analyzed by index decomposition.Then,for the identified multi-dimensional poor rural elderly,this study used Logit model to empirically study the effects of individual characteristics,family endowment,social welfare system and community service factors on rural multi-dimensional poverty.Finally,relevant policy recommendations are proposed for poverty in different dimensions.Based on the empirical analysis of the rural elderly in Y County,Hebei Province,the conclusions of this paper are as follows: 1.The rural elderly are poorer in health and medical and spiritual dimensions,and the poverty contribution rate of living standards is lower,amongwhich health education and Recreational activities have the highest contribution rate to multidimensional poverty,and the contribution rate of daily living and drinking water is low.Second,the factors affecting the multi-dimensional poverty of rural elderly mainly include:the age,the spouse's health and the level of education in terms of personal characteristics;the number of children in the family endowment,the number of children visiting,the way of living;in the social public welfare system There are mainly subsistence allowances and medical insurance;community services include community services,health knowledge,and organization of social and recreational activities.Third,based on the analysis results,relevant policy recommendations were put forward in terms of living standards,medical and health,and spiritual culture.
