The effective management and maintenance of customer relationship is a very important work area for any enterprise,forming a stable and stable customer relationship can make the business volume and revenue rate be guaranteed,which is the basis for the healthy development of enterprises.For the financial consulting firm,its leading business is for the customer's corresponding services,in this context,customer relationship management and maintenance is even more important,customer satisfaction and loyalty to a large extent from the enterprise for the customer's Effective service.This paper will use HY company as the research object,and analyze the current state of customer relationship management in HY company,combine the actual situation analysis of the existing problems,and then put forward the corresponding solution strategy and perfect mode,in order to promote HY company in the customer Relationship management and maintenance to do better.In the process of research,the paper analyzes the current situation of HY company,analyzes the present situation and development mode of customer relationship management of HY company,and analyzes some typical problems in the existing situation.Then,based on the problem put forward some improvement and innovation strategy,and the effectiveness of these strategies in the HY company's business practice to be verified,and finally come to HY company,to strengthen and deepen their customer relationship management of some effective methods and mode.The purpose of this paper is to analyze the current situation of business of HY financial consulting company,especially to analyze the basic model of customer relationship management and maintenance,to find out the problems,and then put forward countermeasures.The core goal is to promote and improve the quality of customer relationship management and maintenance of HY financial consulting firm.The research process of this paper will take a variety of ways to combine,which will mainly use the literature review method,comparative analysis and statistical analysis.The literature analysis is mainly to carry out a large number of early information,literature and related information access,in order to fully understand and study the subject of some of the existing research results,this process also allows us to fully understand the consulting company customer management of some basic methods,And has been consulting the company's customer management development process,in particular,can see the development process of some of the problems and bottlenecks.The market environment is constantly adjusted and changing,which for such as HY's financial consulting firm will be very direct impact.This paper is based on the current overall market environment for the HY company's customer relationship management given some specific countermeasures,but how to actively adapt to the changes in the market environment,which requires HY company for their own changes and policy adjustments Good adaptability and positive resilience.
