Study On The Characteristics And Influencing Factors Of Rurul Poverty In Baicheng City Ji Lin Province

Research on related aspects of rural poverty has long been a frontier topic in geography,sociology and other management fields.At present,the research on rural poverty is lack of comprehensiveness and pertinence.This paper provides a positioning reference for the formulation and adjustment of poverty alleviation goals by studying the characteristics of rural poverty and poverty alleviation,so as to further guide public policy formulation,which has important practical significance for focusing on vulnerable groups and building a harmonious society.In addition,this paper also studies the spatial distribution pattern and differentiation mechanism of rural poverty influencing factors in Baicheng City,which is of great scientific significance for the application of rural poverty and poverty research.Therefore,taking the rural poverty-stricken areas in Baicheng as the research object,taking the township as the basic unit,analyzing the main characteristics of rural poverty in Baicheng,and constructing the index system of natural,social and economic factors,and distinguishing the poverty-reducing factors by Pearson correlation analysis.To reduce poverty,use OLS to quantify the impact of poverty alleviation factors on rural poverty in Baicheng City;with the support of GIS and BP neural network technology,draw a poverty map,explain its differentiation mechanism,and finally conclude that social and natural factors are The poverty-reducing factor,the economy is a poverty-reducing factor,and the natural factors are more harmful to rural poverty in Baicheng than other factors;the towns with higher levels of social poverty are mainly distributed in towns with high levels of natural poverty,while the Baicheng economy The main distribution of poverty alleviation plays a cross-shaped distribution.Therefore,according to the research results,the regulation and control measures are proposed to provide reference for the formulation of rural poverty alleviation policies in Baicheng.
