| Resource-based city is an important energy resource guarantee base in China,and it is also an important supporting point for the sustainable and healthy development of China’s national economy.For a long time,the transformation of resource-exhausted cities has been one of the key factors restricting the development of social and economic development in China and local areas.In recent years,In 2013,the State Council formally issued the National Sustainable Development Plan for Resource-based cities(2013-2020),which opened a new prelude to the transformation of resource-exhausted cities in China.And put forward the goal: by 2020,the problems left over by resource-exhausted cities will be solved basically,and the task of transformation will be basically completed.In this context,the country has increased the support for the transformation of resource-based cities.Under the background of speeding up the transformation of economic development mode and new urbanization in our country at present,this paper studies the hot issues of the transformation of resource-based cities in China,and draws lessons from the successful experiences of the transformation of resource-exhausted cities at home and abroad.On the basis of analyzing the evolution and dynamic mechanism of spatial structure of Yichun city,this paper analyzes the path of spatial transformation of domestic resource-based cities,and according to the future urban positioning and development goals,analyzes the spatial structure evolution and dynamic mechanism of Yichun city,which is a resource-exhausted city in China.From the angle of ecological protection,industrial structure and urban system reorganization,the spatial structure of Yichun city was reorganized in order to achieve the goal of ecological livable and sustainable development of Yichun city.From the diversified path of spatial transformation of resource-based cities,and drawing lessons from the successful experiences of foreign countries in the transformation of resource-based cities,this paper tries to find out the mode of action of social,economic and ecological elements in the spatial structure.To solve the problems of urban sprawl and deterioration of ecological environment,to explore a reasonable urban spatial structure in Yichun,in order to provide a reference for the spatial reconstruction of China’s forestry resource-exhausted cities.Under the guidance of the related theories of resource-exhausted city and urban spatial structure,firstly,based on the theory of life cycle,this paper analyzes the four periods of Yichun’s urban development(urban formation period,rapid expansion period,and so on).Population structure,industrial structure and spatial structure evolution process and evolution mechanism.The main factors affecting the evolution of urban spatial structure are different in different time stages of resource-based cities.The main factors include: spatial distribution of natural resources,urban economic development in different periods,urban planning and policy factors and so on.Secondly,according to the urban development goal,industrial goal and ecological goal of Yichun city,and adhere to the ecological environment protection,respect the urban macro-transformation goal and the principle of innovation,we explore the reconstruction path of the urban spatial structure of Yichun city.According to the goal of intensive land use,the existing urban system should be adjusted,the industrial carrier should be strengthened and the industrial structure should be adjusted.Make full use of characteristic resources to create characteristic small town,such as pine forest amorous small town,Jinshan culture characteristic small town,anti-union culture small town,wooden art small town;Integrating Yichun tourism resources,developing leisure experience tour,forest summer tour,red study tour and healthy tourism,finally realize the reconstruction of Yichun space and achieve the research purpose of this paper. |
