With the rapid transformation of China’s economic development into the "new normal" and the economic structure,commercial banks are faced with the double pressure of difficult transformation and declining profitability.At the same time,interest rate marketization continues to advance,so that commercial banks are faced with the risk of interest rate fluctuations and increased competition in the interbank.In this grim situation,J Bank’s bad loan rate hit an all-time high in 018,rising to.1% from 1.6% in 017,The explosion of credit risk makes J bank face a huge challenge.J Bank is a city commercial bank in South Province,is also the first domestic tourism banks,for the traditional and emerging tourism to provide special services.In the 018,the size of the assets of J Bank and the growth rate of loans ranked first in five cities in Henan province,but the rising rate of bad loans has become a difficult problem for the rapid development of J Bank.In view of this,this paper takes J bank as the research object,uses the literature review method,the field investigation method and the case analysis method to explore the current situation of the credit business risk management of J Bank company,analyzes its existing problems and puts forward some suggestions for rationalization.First,the use of literature review method,combing out the advanced bank credit Risk management theory at home and abroad,as the theoretical basis of the author’s research.Secondly,through the way of field investigation to analyze the organizational structure of the Credit risk management Department of J Bank company,the current situation of the company’s credit business and the change of the bad loan rate in the past three years,familiar with the specific operation flow of the credit business of J Bank company,study the risk identification,risk control and risk monitoring mechanism of its credit business.Then in the process of case analysis,based on the current situation of credit risk management of J Bank company,compared with the advanced credit risk management level of the same industry,it is concluded that there are the following problems in the risk management of credit business of J Bank Company: The credit risk management process is not perfect,which is embodied in the expansion of the function of credit approval department;The risk concentration of credit business is too high,which is reflected in the excessive concentration of credit delivery,the relatively high valuation of the collateral and the serious imbalance of credit delivery in the customer structure,three aspects,the lack of credit risk identification method is mainly lacking,and the traditional financial statement analysis system is not effective enough;The risk control within the bank is not perfect,which is manifested in the insufficient credit review before the loan,the non-compliance of the qualification examination,the implementation of the post-loan management is not in place,and the overall quality of the credit personnel is not high;the early warning monitoring system of credit risk is incomplete.Finally,the paper puts forward some suggestions to rationalize the credit risk management problems existing in J bank,such as perfecting the process of credit risk management,improving the risk of diversification of credit structure,innovating the risk identification method,strengthening the internal control of credit risk,and constructing a complete risk early warning mechanism. |
