Nowadays banks have developed diverse operating tactics and means of profitincreasingly, but in any case that earning spreads by absorbing deposits and loaningremains it’s the most basic and important business, the importance that the businessof corporate credit as an important part of the whole credit business goes withoutsaying. Although commercial banks pay more attention to risk management and havebetter performance, there are still many problems in the risk management includingthe external environment and the internal control system. Only identifying the realcause of the problem, and then prescribe the right medicine can really improve themanagement of credit risk.Based on the analysis of the credit risk management status quo of the bankwhich the author serves for, this paper introduces the problems of the credit riskmanagement comprehensively, and tries to find out the possible causes of theproblem, then proposes improvement measures. This paper is divided into fourchapters.Chapter1is an introduction. This article introduces the writing background,significance and research methods and content;Chapter2is the status of corporate credit analysis. Firstly, this article introducesthe company’s credit profile from the quality and quantity, I find there is a relativelylarge gap between our bank and the world banks ranked the first100. Then, thisarticle introduces the company’s credit profile status quo, and points out that theproblems of the current risk management system implemented.Chapter3analyzes the risk management issues. This article analyzes the causefrom two levels and three dimensions. Firstly, analyzes the cause frommacroeconomic legal and ethical analysis for perspective external. Secondly, from the credit culture and human resources management analysis for the internal perspective;and finally, to find the root causes from analyzing of asymmetric information theoriesand agents moral hazard risk management theories.Chapter4is the strategies for improving risk management. This article analyzesthe causes of the problem, accordingly, proposing that by the improvement of theexternal environment and the internal management system and using the method ofbig data analysis to eliminate information asymmetry and moral risk to construct areasonable credit risk management systems in mind.
