In recent years,with the rapid development of China's economy,high-tech enterprises are also developing rapidly,especially small and medium-sized high-tech enterprises are growing rapidly,has become an important force to promote China's scientific and technological progress and economic growth.Scientific and technological innovation is the basis for the survival of high-tech enterprises,especially under the impact of the contemporary social technological revolution and economic transformation,scientific and technological innovation has become the core competitiveness of high-tech enterprises,which cannot be separated from talents in the research and development positions.,according to the laws of the" and "enterprise of 80%efficiency performance is created by 20%of the core talent,for high-tech companies,research and development personnel also is the core of the enterprise personnel,research and development of post personnel master the company's development prospects and development,how to attract retain high technology talent,and motivate the full play of for the company to maximize the talent and skill,bring greater economic benefits,has become the focus of high-tech small and medium-sized enterprise talent management,also is an urgent problem in the enterprise talent management.KJ company's main business is to provide network financial security services.The main job of the r&d position is to research and develop technology products to meet the needs of enterprise customers.Their importance is self-evident.In modern human resource management theory,employee motivation is an important subject.The role of enterprise incentive system is to meet the needs of employees,improve their satisfaction,so that they always work with high enthusiasm,so as to enable employees to combine their needs with the goals of the enterprise,to achieve a virtuous cycle.In this paper,the classical incentive theory is applied to study the current situation of talent incentive system for r&d positions in KJ company,a high-tech enterprise.Through questionnaire survey,shortcomings and deficiencies of the talent incentive system for r&d positions are found out.In view of these shortcomings,corresponding optimization Suggestions and auxiliary system of the incentive system are explored.And put forward the relevant Suggestions to ensure the effective implementation of the talent incentive system for the company's r&d positions.The research of this paper is helpful to solve the problem of brain drain of research and development positions of KJ company and low satisfaction of existing talents to the company.It can improve the talent management level of the company,enhance the ability of human resource management,optimize the talent incentive system of the company,increase the enthusiasm of employees and improve the company's benefits.This research also has certain reference vlue for the improvement of talent incentive system of other high-tech smes'core positions.
