With the continuous development of China's economy,the domestic enterprises of different sizes have sprung up in the market.Consequently,the increasingly fierce market competition and the impact of economic globalization make the core competitiveness of enterprises,which includes the quality of their products or services and personnel management,become the key to survive in the market.People are task bearers no matter it is the daily operation of the enterprise or business managers.In order to improve the management level and enhance the market competitiveness,enterprises should use scientific incentive mechanism to stimulate the staff to exert their intelligence and ability in their work.At present,with the level of domestic enterprise management rising,enterprises pay more attention to the talent training and incentive.However,due to the concept of our country in this area is lagging behind,there are still a lot of problems in the incentive mechanism of the staff,and it also has a significant impact on the rapid development of enterprises.Therefore,it is urgent to optimize the incentive mechanism,to improve the management level and to stimulate the maximum potential of employees to apply to the work.This paper is divided into five chapters,the main contents are as follows:The first chapter is introduction.It introduces the background,purpose and significance of the research.Moreover,it reviews the domestic and foreign literature on the relevant research in order to determine the contents and methods of the paper.The second chapter is the related theory of motivation.First of all,it expounds the basic concept and purpose of motivation.Moreover,it explains the concrete way of incentive through the method of enterprise culture motivation,material incentive,training incentive,career development incentive,equity incentive law and target incentive.The third chapter analyzes the current situation of employee motivation with the example of BK enterprise.First of all,based on the current situation of employee motivation,it analyzes the main problems existing in the company.Those problems Includes unreasonable bonus distribution and welfare system,the unreasonable promotion of staff,the lack of corporate culture,and the poor educational training.Moreover,it analyzes the causes of the problems which are the lack of scientific salary system,the lack of occupation career planning,poor incentives which ignores incentive object,unsound enterprise culture and enterprise culture construction and the lack of staff training and development.The fourth chapter is the innovative design of the company's incentive mechanism.Based on the study of the status,this chapter puts forward the design principles of employee incentive plan to construct the contents of employee motivation.Take grass-roots staff incentive plan in BK company as an example,it designs a complete incentive plan for the grass-roots staff.The plan includes five aspects: the establishment of performance appraisal system,the establishment of grass-roots employee salary welfare system,the optimization of occupation development and corporate cultural incentive plan,the incentive scheme with the enterprise training in detail,and the design of labor competition incentive scheme.The fifth chapter is about the problems that should be paid attention to in the implementation of employee incentive plan.It proposes four aspects of problems that should be paid attention to,which are the need of enterprise personnel support,the need to improve the executive power of incentive mechanism,the need to increase effective communication,and the need to constantly sum up and improve.
