After Twenty-first Century,people-oriented philosophy is respected in the HR management area.But many domestic companies' thoughts are dated,far behind the time.The behindhand and rigid HR management are also used in these companies,which lead the difficulty facing on the new more competitive society.The HR would be the shackle to development if it could not catch up the times.X company,focus on internet,was founded in 2002.After several years,it becomes a middle-size one which including more employees,complex business and multi-function.About 80% employees are undergraduate and above,which of the average age is less than 30.It is a young and higher overall quality team.For a growing one,this team should be full of vitality and vigor.It is very important to improve the team enthusiasm,exploit high-quality knowledge advantage specialists,which would lead the company to be more successful.Some problems are appeared to employees in the company,such as lack of understanding motivation,ignoring the real need,shortage on flexible incentives and less equality on incentive system.These would greatly bound the hands and feet of employees,seriously limit their talent and dampen their enthusiasm.After a considerable period of time,the ability of outstanding employees would feel disgruntled,suffered unfair treatment.And this kind of negative emotions would lead them to work with resentful go-slow,further to express their dissatisfaction,which would affect the company development.Therefore,the construction of incentive system must be paid attention to by the leaders,and become the key point of daily management.
