In the 21st century,the competition of talents has reached a stage of white-hot.No matter in all walks of life,talents play an irreplaceable role in the development of enterprises.For manufacturing companies,the purchasing department has increased the role of talent to a higher level.Today,with rapid economic development and accelerated global integration,excellent procurement clerk is the driving force to ensure stable production,rapid development,and rapid advancement.It is also a key factor for enterprises to achieve short-,medium-,and long-term strategic goalsThe purpose of performance management is very clear,so that companies can maintain a long-term development capability.The performance management of excellent enterprises plays an important role in reducing corporate brain drain and corporate professionalism.On the one hand,it retains the talents that contribute to the enterprise,and on the other hand,the institutionalized performance management system is also affirmation of talents.Especially for production and processing companies,performance management for the purchasing department is extremely important.Because the level of performance management of the purchasing department directly affects the company's procurement costs and corporate profits.As a new manufacturing enterprise,the procurement cost is a large part of the company's production and operation costs,so an effective procurement performance management system can directly reduce the cost of the enterprise,enhance the profit of the enterprise,and then enhance the competitiveness of the enterprise,and realize the strategic goal of the enterprise.Add help.This article takes the M company purchasing department as an example.Through anonymous surveys,it has conducted interviews and questionnaires with relevant personnel of the purchasing department to understand a series of problems existing in the current M company purchasing department,and then use key performance indicators(KPIs).The theoretical tools are used to discuss the design of the program,combined with the knowledge learned during the research,and the in-depth research on the current inefficiency of the procurement department and the ineffective development of the supplier,and the performance management solution for the procurement staff of M company.Program.In terms of the establishment of performance indicators,through the in-depth communication and communication between the performance appraisal team and the procurement salesperson,the six indicators related to the performance of the salesman in the current procurement business,namely the price reduction,are identified for the specific business operation mode of M company's multinational projects.Rate,account period,pass rate,arrival rate,completion rate,supplier satisfaction.In the original performance management assessment system of the group company,the performance management assessment system for the procurement department was designed and improved.At the end of the thesis,through the improvement and optimization of the performance management assessment system,it is important to explore the application of the key performance indicator method in the actual management of enterprises.The implementation of the optimization plan also provides a directional learning case for the development of the company's future performance management.
