| This article studies the problems of HG company’s procurement management,mainly including procurement organization division of labor,procurement planning,bidding methods,procurement process and supplier management,and focuses on these aspects.Firstly,starting with HG’s procurement organization structure and division of labor,this paper introduces the mode and characteristics of HG’s procurement organization system,and puts forward relevant problems,explores the organizational structure conforming to HG’s procurement management model,and reorganizes and integrates the procurement organization.Secondly,according to the characteristics of conventional,key and leveraged products,a long-term cooperative scheme suitable for the attributes of various materials is formulated to optimize the procurement planning of different materials,so as to achieve the purpose of reducing costs and increasing efficiency.Thirdly,in the existing bidding evaluation model of HG Company,how to evaluate the bidding,the order of bidding evaluation,the selection of bidding platform,the criteria and reference of budget evaluation will have an important impact on the procurement operation.According to the correlation of technology and cost of bidding products,the rationalization of bidding evaluation model is improved,and the ideal bidding evaluation model is finally obtained.In addition,by dividing the importance of procurement orders,the process of signing without added value is removed,and the procurement process is reorganized and optimized according to the order quantity,so as to reduce repetitive operations.According to the current situation of supplier management,the supplier evaluation system should be optimized and perfected by applying the theory of supplier management.From a single price judgment to a comprehensive evaluation method that takes into account financial strength,product quality,enterprise visibility,supply capacity and other factors,suppliers can be selected to establish long-term cooperative relationship with suppliers.Finally,this paper also puts forward improvement plans for HG company’s existing performance incentive mechanism of purchasing staff,in order to improve the enthusiasm of purchasing staff and continuously improve the level of HG company’s purchasing management.Bring benefits to company operation.By consulting domestic and foreign literature,aiming at the problems existing in HG company’s purchasing management,this paper uses ECRS analysis method and supplier management theory suitable for HG company to discuss the optimization measures and methods that can be implemented in HG company’s purchasing management. |
