Comparative Study On The Yangtze River Economic Belt Of 11 Provinces And Cities Regional Innovation Capacity

Since entering the new century,the driving force of innovation is becoming a new engine of global economic growth,and the ability of innovation is becoming a new way for the rise and development of a country or region.The Yangtze River economic belt.As one of the three development strategies,which straddles the three major steps in the eastern,western and central regions of China,has unique geographical advantages and vast hinterland for development.It has a strong economic driving effect and a wide range of radiation.It is an important inland river economic belt in the world.It is an important strategy to change the pattern of regional development from"coastal vertical"to"T type"development in China.The construction of the Yangtze River Economic Belt will lead to the new development of innovation and economic transformation.However,there are administrative barriers.institutional barriers,uneven development,industrial homogeneity and insufficient resultant forces in the construction of the Yangtze Economic Belt,which restrict the development of innovation.This paper makes a comparative study on the regional innovation ability of 11 provinces and cities in the Yangtze River Economic Belt.This paper is composed of four parts,six chapters,the basic framework is as follows:the first part,the related concepts and theoretical part,that is,the first chapter,This paper focuses on the definition of the concept of the Yangtze economic belt and the regional innovation ability,as well as the related theories of regional innovation ability.At the same t:1ime,it expounds the theoretical and practical significance of the research on the regional innovation ability of the Yangtze River economic belt.The second part,the current situation analysis part,namely the second chapter,focuses on the overall and classified analysis of the status quo of the regional innovation ability of 11 provinces and cities in the Yangtze River Economic Belt.At the same time,the paper analyzes the problems and opportunities in the development of regional innovation in 11 provinces and cities of the Yangtze River Economic Belt.The third part,the empirical analysis part,from chapter three to chapter four,focuses on the construction of the evaluation system of regional innovation ability of 11 provinces and cities in the Yangtze River economic belt.By using principal component analysis and cluster analysis,this paper analyzes the regional innovation ability of 11 provinces and cities in the Yangtze River Economic Belt.The fourth part,the policy suggestion,namely the fifth chapter,puts forward the corresponding policy suggestion in view of the development situation and the problem of the regional innovation ability of 11 provinces and cities in the Yangtze River economic belt.
