Influence Of Policy Assistance On Poverty Reduction Of Peasant Households In Ethnic Areas

In recent years,with the in-depth development of targeted poverty alleviation,how to reduce the number of rural households in poverty has become a hot issue of social concern.Many scholars at home and abroad have made relevant discussions on this issue,which also provides a large amount of academic materials for the research work of this paper.Enshi,as an area where ethnic minorities live,is very representative.In the context of targeted poverty alleviation,the study on the poverty reduction of farmers in enshi city can provide an important reference for the poverty reduction of farmers in other ethnic minority areas.This article in combing and reference to domestic and international research literature about farmers poverty reduction and the practice,on the basis of deeply and systematically examines the status quo and problems of hubei enshi "farmers poverty reduction,using the binary Logistic regression model to the data collection and analysis,to explore the influence factors of farmers poverty alleviation,summarizes the ways and means to promote farmers poverty reduction,and put forward relevant countermeasures and Suggestions.This paper first examines the enshi "farmer's poverty,found the enshi" funding,wide distribution of poverty population,low income and living standard,poverty is deeper,certain achievements have been made in the policy support,but there are unbalanced industrial development,policy implementation have short board,village collective economy lost momentum.Secondly,in view of some problems existing in the process of policy assistance in enshi city,the restrictive factors of poverty reduction are analyzed from the internal and external perspectives.Such as natural environment,economy,policy,family structure,education level,ideological awareness,physical quality and so on.In addition,this article from the field of hubei enshi "data result of the investigation of the rural poor,for the binary Logistic regression model was established,and then through the actual example to consider to observe the influence of the city farmers poverty reduction factor,the study found that really helps farmers poverty reduction assistance policies,and education level,often migrant population,traffic developed,age,family control variables such as the impact on the farmers poverty reduction is also in line with expectations.Finally,in the context of targeted poverty alleviation in China,this paper puts forward Suggestions on poverty reduction for poverty-stricken households in ethnic areas from the perspectives of farmers themselves,the market and the government.Attach importance to education and improve the knowledge level of poor families;Do a good job in the transfer of agricultural land,and vigorously develop large-scale agricultural production management;We will establish and improve the social security system and expand the coverage of medical insurance.
