Research On Targeted Poverty Alleviation In Rural Areas Of China From The Perspective Of Marx Sharing Thought

Poverty has always been a common social problem facing the whole world.All countries in the world regard poverty eradication as an important part of national governance.The Communist Party of China has always carried out the Marxist program of emancipating all mankind and sharing social wealth,and formed a poverty alleviation road with Chinese characteristics in the process of poverty control.Before liberation,the Communist Party of China worked hard to eradicate poverty in the revolutionary base areas.After liberation,the central leading collective led by Mao Zedong made a lot of explorations to eradicate poverty,and achieved periodic results.After the reform and opening up,the central leading group led by Deng Xiaoping put forward the strategy of common prosperity,which is driven by the rich first and then by the rich,and achieved remarkable results.Facing the new century,new development and new challenges,the central leading group headed by Xi Jinping has put forward a targeted poverty alleviation strategy in order to improve the quality and efficiency of poverty eradication.Facing the fact that most of the poor people live in the countryside,the Nineteenth National Congress put forward the strategy of Rural Revitalization in order to realize the rise of the Chinese nation.Since the 18 th National Congress,great changes have taken place in world development,which has brought challenges to China's development.In order to win the goal of building a well-off society in an all-round way and realizing the goal of "two hundred years",The strategy of high quality and high quantity poverty alleviation is put forward,that is,targeted poverty alleviation,which is an important strategy to promote rural revitalization.Therefore,it is of strategic significance to study targeted poverty alleviation in rural areas from the perspective of Marx sharing thought.Based on Marx thought of sharing and the reality of precise poverty alleviation in the countryside of China,this paper makes some reflections and explorations.Firstly,it interprets and refines Marx sharing thought from the original works,and finds the theoretical root for Xi Jinping precise poverty alleviation thought,and puts forward the guiding role of Marx sharing thought in precise poverty alleviation in rural areas.Secondly,it points out the problems existing in the system,social cooperation,industrial poverty alleviation,poor households and so on,and analyses the underlying reasons.Then,standing on the theoretical level of Marx thought of sharing,we constructed such rural precise poverty alleviation strategies as adhering to the sense of sharing,adhering to the principle of fairness in the precise poverty alleviation system and mechanism,adhering to the way of sharing poverty alleviation resources,and the incentive mechanism for diversified subjects to participate in the sharing.Finally,from the perspective of law,public service,capital investment,public opinion propaganda,science and technology,measures to ensure the effective operation of the strategy are put forward.Therefore,theory guides practice and practice promotes theory.This paper makes exploratory research on precise poverty alleviation in rural areas,with a view to providing help for Rural Revitalization and accelerating the pace of precise poverty alleviation.
