The Research On The Financial Support For New Urbanization

Urbanization is the strategic choice to realize China rise, is the fundamental way tosolve the "three rural problems", is the core power of the transformation of economicdevelopment mode. Since thirty years of reform and opening up, great achievements havebeen made in Chinese urbanization, but there are also some deep-seated structuralcontradictions. In the next20-25years, Chinese urbanization will enter the second halfstage of accelerated development, prominent problems accumulated in early stage willfocus on the outbreak, which brings more challenges. Therefore, Chinese futureurbanization must realize the transformation, Chinese geographical remodeling will changethe population, industry and space distribution of funds. As the core of modern economy,Finance has always played an important role in Chinese urbanization.And in the future,more support power has to be released to actively and steadily push forward thedevelopment of the new urbanization process.New urbanization is the coordinated development of the whole economic society,involving population transition and reshape the space geographical structure as well asupgrading the industrial structure. From this point of view, this article in the theory hasdecomposed the new urbanization into three aspects of population urbanization, industryurbanization and space urbanization, with total combined approach to explore the choice offinancial support for the development of new urbanization theory logic and path, constructsan analysis framework of relatively complete system. In the empirical research, financialsupport levels on the urbanization were measured from three aspects of scale, efficiencyand structure on the foundation of a large number of data that has been collected. And theconclusions were consistent with the reality. At last, this paper analysis the financialsupport for the existing problems in the development of urbanization, and puts forwardcorresponding countermeasures and suggestions based on the international experience, inorder to be able to draw useful conclusions on reality.
