The project is an occupational health and safety training center that will be located in Ecuador.Ecuador is a country that has been working on the improvement of occupational health and safety,through the development and application of laws that require companies to provide adequate environments for their employees.One of the main activities to achieve this improvement in this area is training.And for this training to be effective it must be based on the development of competences,these are developed through a theoretical training,that provides the knowledge and practical that provides the experience.In Ecuador at the moment there is no company that currently offers training based on competences,so this project is an excellent opportunity that can contribute a lot to Ecuador in this area that is looking to develop.The project will initially be developed as a family investment and will seek strategic alliances for its development.The family has been working in the construction sector,one of the most relevant sector in the country and one of the most dangerous too,for more than 50 years.In the evolution of the construction in Ecuador,is clearly shown the importance that health and safety is reaching in the country,and so the family is interested in investing on it.This project responds to a critical condition of the country,such as the fact of taking care of workers so that they can safely perform their daily tasks and produce money to economically solve their family day by day.I can assure that occupational health and safety is a critical condition in Ecuador,because of my experience and mainly due to the numbers reflected in the statistics,yearly,thousands of workers are die while working.One of the ways to contribute to the reduction of these accidents is through training to employees,quality training,comprehensive and to cover the real needs of customers.In addition to this response,is also a project that is economically profitable for investors and clients.For investors,as their capital may increase and bring profits from the second year of operation.The initial investment is minimal and can be recovered in the first year.The growth scenario is very promising,to extend the local,national and even long-term business internationally.For customers for a topic of productivity and savings.Productivity,because if a collaborator receives quality training,he feels valued and knows how to do his job safely,he will be more productive,and there will be no loss of time due to accidents.In savings then,when working with the guide of a matrix of competencies,each employee is given the training required,avoiding repetition and therefore double payment for this repetition.
