The Case Study On The Integrated Safety And Occupational Health Management System Of Shajiao C Power Plant

Enterprise managers always want to improve safety management level. From the outside, people can find some management thoughts .For example, OHSAS18001 Occupational Health and Safety Management System, NOSA Five-Star Management System. How to understand these new systems? Can these new systems combine with the traditional safety management system? These are the purpose of our study.We used case study method in this research. The object of study is the integrated occupational health and safety management systems of Shajiao C power plant. Through the system analysis, revealing the strengths and weaknesses of various safety management systems, we established the theoretical models of an integrated occupational health and safety management system.The results show that: GB/T28001, NOSA Five-Star management system and traditional power industry safety management system are complementary, can be combined to form the integrated safety and occupational health management system.Finally, if the integration of occupational health and safety management system has been created, the enterprise should focus on the safety culture.
