In the past 40 years of reform and opening up,China's economy has developed at a high speed, and the per capita income has been continuously improved. In 2018,the national GDP has even reached as high as 13.04 trillion US dollars, and the GDP increase is 30%of the global GDP increase. The world stage shines. At the same time, there is a big gap in the income level of Chinese residents. The existence of various second-generation phenomena such as"rich second generation","official second generation" and "poor second generation" in the society indicates that social differences have passed.Intergenerational transmission is hereditary, and the advantages and disadvantages of the previous generation may be transmitted to the next generation in a variety of ways. The previous generation with a background in the background can influence the next generation to gain an advantage in social status by providing higher quality educational resources for the next generation. All of these indicate that China is a country with low intergenerational income mobility, and the gap between rich and poor is obvious. However, intergenerational income inequality is the most critical factor affecting the income gap. Therefore, recognizing the degree of intergenerational income in Chinese society and formulating a fair and equitable income distribution system are of great significance to the steady development of China's economy. At present,China is in the middle income development stage. Not only the socio-economic phenomena of urban and rural areas in the eastern, central and western regions are worthy of attention, but also the issue of uneven development among regions.China is a big country. The vast majority of ethnic minorities are located in the underdeveloped northwestern region. Therefore, the long-term income gap between regions is not only an economic issue, but also likely to rise to political issues. Therefore,it is especially important to pay attention to the economic society between regions.development of.Therefore, the analysis of the intergenerational income transmission of the residents in the three eastern, central and western regions of China is of great significance to the harmonious development of economy and society. This paper uses the China Family Health and Nutrition Survey(CHNS)in 1989,1991,1993,1997,2000,2004,2006,2009,and 2011 from the perspective of regional comparison of intergenerational income disparity.A total of nine years of rural residents' survey data, screening and matching the original data, and using multiple linear regression methods to measure the level of intergenerational income mobility of rural residents in the eastern, central and western China, and from three different The horizontal(vertical and vertical comparisons were made at the end of the 1980s and early 1990s,in the late 1990s,in the early 21st century, and in the late 21st century). The measurement of intergenerational income mobility is the most basic part of the intergenerational transmission of income disparity. Therefore, this paper not only calculates intergenerational income mobility, but also uses the Erriksson intermediate variable method to calculate intergenerational income elasticity from the perspective of income disparity factors.Further research, calculated the contribution rate of each influencing factor to intergenerational income elasticity, and carried out regional comparison and horizontal and vertical comparison in three time periods, thus giving feasible policy recommendations to increase social intergenerational income liquidity. The main conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)Estimation of inter-generational income mobility parameters of rural households in the eastern, central and western regions shows that rural residents in the eastern region have the lowest intergenerational income mobility and the highest in the western region from 1989 to 2011;Seen,the intergenerational income elasticity of the residents in the eastern, central and western regions showed an upward trend of "U" type evolution.(2)From the whole stage, the gender and marital factors of the offspring of the eastern, central and western regions have little influence on the intergenerational transmission of the income gap,The contribution rate of educational factors and occupational factors is higher and the contribution rate of occupational factors is greater than the educational factor. In terms of time period, the contribution rate of occupational factors to intergenerational income transmission in the eastern, central and western regions is generally higher than that of education, and the contribution rate of educational factors has a downward trend. The importance of occupational factors becomes more and more obvious.Based on the research results of this paper,in order to narrow the income gap between regions and increase the intergenerational income mobility, the government should first increase the investment in education and rationally allocate educational resources among different regions.Secondly,we should continue to recommend the marketization process in China and promote the labor force.Free flow can be achieved under reasonable preconditions;the last is to establish an effective mechanism and a reasonable household registration system to ensure equality between men and women in employment and eliminate discrimination.
