Study On The Use Of Poverty Alleviation Funds In Yulao Town Of Zhaoqing

Since the Nineteenth Congress of the CPC,the CPC Central Committee has paid more attention to the development of poverty eradication,and has made overall arrangements to win the battle against poverty.Zhaoqing Yuluo Town is one of the most impoverished mountainous areas in Western Guangdong.It is adjacent to Hezhou and Wuzhou in Guangxi,and is one of the first central towns in the province.It is of great significance for poverty alleviation and development of this town.Since the implementation of the poverty alleviation policy in Yuluo Town,the use of poverty alleviation funds has improved some rural infrastructure,promoted the development of agricultural industry to a certain extent,and made great achievements in poverty alleviation.In the implementation of poverty alleviation,there are unreasonable problems in the use,management,distribution and efficiency of funds,which restrict the effectiveness of funds.In order to effectively solve the problem of poverty alleviation and win the most arduous battle against poverty under the background of poverty alleviation,it is necessary to study the scientific and effective use of poverty alleviation funds.Therefore,this paper takes the use of poverty alleviation funds in Yuluo Town of Zhaoqing City as the research object,uses the methods of literature research,investigation and statistical analysis,combines with the actual work,accurately grasps the current situation of poverty alleviation funds in Yuluo Town,and finds that there are some problems in the use of poverty alleviation funds,such as shortage of funds,unbalanced investment in industrial development,inefficient use of funds and long-term effects.Finally,it puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions,such as strengthening the financing of poverty alleviation funds,integrating and coordinating the use of poverty alleviation funds,improving the efficiency of the use of poverty alleviation funds,and improving the management and evaluation mechanism of poverty alleviation funds,in order to make effective use of poverty alleviation funds in fishing and waterlogging towns.Winning the battle against poverty provides the basis for scientific decision-making.
