Financial Effect Analysis Of Asset Securitization Of HR Financial Leasing Companies

In the process of asset securitization in China,the asset securitization of financial leasing has begun to show momentum.At the end of 2014,the filing was made into a credit asset securitization system.After that,the development speed of financial leasing asset securitization has been on the right track.Major financial leasing companies have sought markets for asset securitization product issuance projects and used this tool to start a new financing model.At present,in the laws and regulations as well as the market operation,the innovative financing tools for asset securitization are not perfect and mature within the major financial leasing companies.Whether it is in China's academic research or financial analysis,it is less involved,and financial leasing and asset securitization have not been included in the main research object.Therefore,the research topic of this paper combines the two to analyze the financial effects of financial leasing asset securitization.This paper first reviews the research of domestic and foreign scholars on the effect of asset securitization,and expounds the basic assets of asset securitization,transaction participants and transaction process.Subsequently,this paper puts forward four aspects of the effect of corporate asset securitization on the financial effects of enterprises: cost,risk,income and financial indicators.Secondly,this article takes HR financial leasing company as the research object.HR company is the financial leasing company which is the leading enterprise of financial leasing company.Since the supervision was relaxed in 2014,HR Golden Leasing successfully issued asset securities products every year.This paper takes the asset securitization products issued by HR Leasing Company in 2017 as the research sample,analyzes the specific financial data according to the theory,and draws the corresponding case conclusions.Finally,through the above research on this paper,the research theory of this case is summarized.Through the specific operation mode of asset securitization product transaction issued by HR financial leasing company,some of the cases obtained by HR financial leasing company in this asset securitization issue case are summarized.Enlightenment,provide some new asset securitization products to operate the model to other financial leasing companies.In addition,it discusses the problems and shortcomings of asset securitization in HR financial leasing companies,and proposes suggestions for improvement.Finally,the shortcomings in this research are put forward.
