Case Study On S Company's Financial Leasing Asset Securitization

China's financial leasing industry from the beginning to now has gradually formed the scale in more than thirty years,there are standard financial leasing companies and foreign leasing companies.After the start-up and the rapid development,it was once in a relatively quiet state,and developed after entering the rectification stage.Since the commercial banks are allowed to set up financial leasing companies,the development leasing industry is very rapid.From 2007 to 2015,the market size has increased 64 times,and the financial leasing industry market has reached 4.5 trillion Yuan.With the rapid development of business,the problems of funds and assets Management issues became more prominent,so the relevant regulatory authorities began to pay more attention to improving the environment of industry to support the financial leasing industry get out of the present predicament.Various types of financial leasing companies have sought a variety of ways to raise the funds,needed for development,and they also began to learn from the asset securitization to develop new ways---Financial leasing asset securitization.Although having operated on the financial leasing asset securitization,it needs further improvement.This paper analyzes the research status and achievements of scholars at home and abroad in the induction.The author uses various research methods,combined with the asset securitization financing lease theory and practical case,to study the financing lease asset securitization of the S company.First it analyzes the basic situation,industry as well as application premise of financial leasing asset securitization of the S company.Then,from the aspects of the implementation,it analyzes the capital requirements of financial leasing asset securitization motives of S company.The analysis is to explore the main measures of S company's financial leasing asset securitization,transaction structure and the asset pool.the asset backed securities issued by the operation described,from the lessee of the S,companies,investors and other business to participate in the four aspects of the S company to face the risks and the risk prevention measures are analyzed,with the ratio of financial data and key projects in the proportion of the capital structure of S,the company's debt structure,business capital return rate of effect was analyzed.Finally,draw lessons from characteristics and shortcomings of the S company's financing and leasing asset securitization,puts forward some suggestions.
