With the development of the economy,the number of high-net-worth customers in China has grown rapidly,and the demand for private wealth management by high-net-worth customers has become more and more vigorous,which has prompted the rapid development of China's private wealth management industry.In this fast-growing market,competition is also becoming more and more fierce,including private banking centers of major banks,third-party wealth companies and wealth companies under the trust.As a professional service industry,the wealth mana'gement industry relies heavily on the relationship managers who are engaged in service.Whether it can gain an advantage in the fierce market competition depends to a greater extent on whether the relationship managers'stalent has an advantage.Therefore,strengthening the training and development of relationship managers and building a good team of relationship managers is a strategic task that wealth companies must strive to accomplish,and is a powerful guarantee for gaining advantage in market competition.PX Wealth Company is part of the Fortune Division of PX Trust Company.In recent years,the company has transformed from a social financing function to a wealth management function.For the company's strategic development,and to gain an advantage in the wealth management market competition,the branch's relationship managers will be the core competitiveness.Besides,they are the key to promote strategic transformation.Therefore,they become the key training objectives in the corporation.Over the years,PX Wealth Company has gradually established a training system for branch relationship managers,but there are still some problems in the current training system,which restricts the group's strategic development to a certain extent.This paper takes the training system of PX Wealth Company's relationship managers as the research focus.Through analysis and interviews,it reveals the training status and existing problems of the branch's relationship managers.With relevant training theory knowledge,this paper tries to analyze the existing problems and propose relative optimization suggestions to improve the training system of relationship managers.Meanwhile,this paper also proposes safeguard measures to ensure the implementation of the training system,which provides a basis for the company's future training.
