As a food crop that is drought-tolerant,thin and water-saving,sweet potato has received more and more attention and attention in recent years due to nutrient-rich and high-quality health care functions.Although from a national perspective,Beijing does not have an advantage in the production of sweet potato,Beijing,as the capital,is striving to develop the sweet potato industry,which is in line with the adjustment of the planting structure and the people's demand for quality agricultural products.With the rising demand for sweet potatoes in the capital,people are increasingly expecting high-quality fresh sweet potatoes.Based on this,from the perspective of production supply,this paper conducts an in-depth study on the technical efficiency of fresh sweet potato production in Beijing.By clarifying the relationship between production and investment,the labor productivity,land output rate and resource utilization rate are maximized,and the production technology of fresh sweet potato is proposed.Policy recommendations for efficiency to enhance the dynamics of industrial development.Based on reading a large number of relevant literatures on sweet potato industry,this paper relies on questionnaire survey,through field visits and telephone return visits,to model households and ordinary households as the main research body of fresh sweet potato production,and to carry out the main production areas of Beijing fresh sweet potato.In-depth understanding of production conditions.Under the premise of analyzing the production status,cost structure and income of different production mains of fresh sweet potato in Beijing,the input and output variables of fresh sweet potato production technology are selected,and the analysis method of data envelope is also determined.On the basis of the Cobb-Douglas production function and the analysis and analysis of the DEA model,it is concluded that there is a certain gap between the technical efficiency of the production of fresh sweet potato in the demonstration households and ordinary households,and they all have room for improvement;seedling fees and machinery The output elasticity of the fee is large and the fertilizer and labor costs have high input redundancy,and the production factor input needs to be optimized and adjusted.At the same time,in response to the current situation and existing problems of fresh sweet potato production in Beijing,policy recommendations were put forward to achieve the ultimate goal of improving production technology efficiency and industrial development.Suggestions include: 1.Strengthening technical updates and promotion efforts to improve the technical efficiency of fresh sweet potato production.2.Adjust the rationality of the ratio of factors to improve output efficiency and profit.3.Improve the overall quality of growers and enhance the utilization efficiency of agricultural production techniques.4.Reasonably adjust the production scale to achieve the improvement of comprehensive technical efficiency.5.Promote the integration of industrial structure and promote the effective development of industrial development.
