Regional land use/cover change is the result of interaction between human activities and the environment.Natural conditions,population growth,economic development,urbanization,and policy systems all affect human land use behavior and profoundly change the land use pattern.Since the 1990s,China's land market has gradually developed.Under the new round of rural land system reform,the integration of urban and rural construction land market has been substantially developed,and the scale,structure and sustainability of urban and rural land use have changed significantly,which has affected urban and rural areas.The key driving factors of land use change,however,the research on the mechanism of land market impact on land use change from the perspective of urban-rural integration is still rare.Therefore,the theoretical integration of urban and rural construction land market is revealed from both theoretical and empirical aspects.The impact mechanism(process,pattern and effect)on land use change has important theoretical and practical significance for enriching land use change-driven theory and local government land use management decision-making.In view of this,this paper focuses on the quantitative scale of the integration of urban and rural construction land market and its impact mechanism on land use change,with the northwestern stream of Zhejiang Province in the Yangtze River Delta region,the South China Sea in the Pearl River Delta region and the rapid urbanization region as the typical research area.Constructed a theoretical analysis framework of"integration of urban and rural construction land market(characteristics of price mechanism)? land use subject interest game(revenue distribution as path)? land use behavior decision-making(land use change characteristics as results);The quantitative scale theory model of construction land market integration analyzes the integration level and regional difference of urban and rural construction land market in typical areas of market reform;reveals the main changes of urban and rural land use scale,structure,intensity and sustainability in typical areas before and after the market reform.Finally,the empirical analysis model is constructed to reveal the process,pattern and effect of urban and rural construction land market integration on land use change.Through the above analysis,the following conclusions can be drawn:(1)Integration level of urban and rural construction land market in typical areas:There is a certain gradient difference in the integration level of urban construction land in Zhejiang Deqing,Guangdong Nanhai and Guangxi Beiliu,with integration levels of 76.77%,73.39%and 49.24%respectively.Beiliu City is in the middle and intermediate stage of urban and rural construction land market integration,and the integration level of urban and rural construction land market in Nanhai District and Deqing County is relatively high.Due to the deep-rooted concept of free circulation in history,the Nanhai District has lower calculation results than Deqing County.However,from the perspective of safeguarding the long-term interests of farmers,the comprehensive reform of rural collective economic organizations in Nanhai District is still maintaining the long-term livelihood of farmers.An important way.Based on the theory of commodity economics,it is reasonable to construct a quantitative scale model and method for the integration of urban and rural construction land market from the perspective of "the same place and the same price".(2)The impact of urban and rural construction land market integration on land use change:The integrated development of urban and rural construction land market drives land use change by stimulating the profit-seeking and interest-based game of different land use entities.The empirical analysis model results show that after considering the land use subject income distribution mechanism,the overall integration effect of the urban-rural construction land market integration on the land use change driving model is improved,R2 is increased from 0.7138 to 0.8008,and the urban-rural construction land market integration is changed.The intermediate effect of land use subject income distribution mechanism acts on land use subject,changes land use behavior decision-making,and better reveals the process of urban-rural construction land market integration development affecting land use change.(3)The impact of urban and rural construction land market integration on land use change:The specific impact of urban and rural construction land market integration on land use change is mainly reflected in the severity of land use change,land use fragmentation and land use planning conflicts.Aspects.In the severe degree of land use change,the intensity of land use change in Beiliu City and Deqing County reached 8.7 times and 2 times to the collective land preparation system and the comprehensive improvement method of the district.In the planning conflicts,the conflict space of land use change planning in the three study areas increased significantly,and Beiliu City reached 10 times before the market reform.(4)The impact of the integration of urban and rural construction land market on land use change:First,the spatial effect,the integration of urban and rural construction land market has significantly increased the intensity of land use change and land use planning conflict,but the fragmentation of land use The degree of stimulation is not obvious.The integration of urban and rural construction land market has positive effects on the intensity of land use change,the degree of land use fragmentation and the degree of planning conflict.The regression coefficients are 0.651,1.037,1.358,respectively,but the land use fragmentation model is not significant;The time effect,in the primary stage of the integration and development of urban and rural construction land market,the land use change is characterized by a significant increase in severity.After entering the middle and high-level development stage,the land use planning conflicts increase significantly,and the replacement intensity changes become the main land use change.feature.Based on the conclusions of this paper,the following policy recommendations are proposed:First,adhere to planning first,and play a comprehensive and comprehensive utility;second,accelerate the cultivation of land use subjects and implement the rights of the main body;third,accelerate the reform of the legal system and create a market development environment;Party income,establish a long-term guarantee mechanism for farmers' livelihood level.The natural resource management department should pay more attention to the process,pattern and space-time effects of the integration of urban and rural construction land market on land use change,in order to provide reference for land use management decision-making.
