Through the research on A company's development strategy,according to the relevant strategies and management theory,combined with the actual situation of the company,using SWOT analysis and other methods,the company's policies,economy,technology,and nature were first analyzed.The development of optical communication industry at home and abroad is rapid,and the development of A enterprises faces opportunities as well as challenges in the development process is analyzed.The internal environment of the enterprise is analyzed in detail in terms of human resources,raw material resources,productive capacity,technical and economic indicators,and product research and development capabilities.In particular,this paper analyzes and predicts the marketing situation and market prospect of the products of enterprises to find out the competitive advantages and disadvantages of enterprises;Finally,a comprehensive comparative analysis of the opportunities and challenges,advantages and disadvantages of enterprise products is made.After considering the situation of various aspects,the development direction of the enterprise at the present stage and the subsequent strategic goals are formulated,and corresponding development steps and measures are formulated for the realization of the enterprise's operational goals.This article is divided into six chapters.Firstly,the background,purpose and significance of this research are expounded.Then it introduces the basic theory and concept of strategy,analyzes the internal and external strategic environment of the company,finds out the strategic choice and safeguard measures suitable for the development of the company,summarizes the development ideas of the company,and recommends further improvement.
