In the final analysis,the competition of the enterprise is the human competition.The stable staff team is the effective guarantee for the enterprise to complete various production tasks.It is the effective guarantee for the enterprise to provide the customers with high quality service.It is the effective guarantee for the enterprise innovation and development,and the effective guarantee for the enterprise to continuously improve the core competitiveness.For today's manufacturing enterprises,due to factors such as small scale,aging equipment and lack of innovation,they will face strong market competition pressure.At the same time,the front-line employees account for a large proportion of the total number of employees,and the front-line employees are the direct producers of the company's products or services.Once the frontline employees lose,they will cause many losses and effects on the enterprise.Based on this,taking H furniture company as an example,this paper studies the problem of the loss of front-line staff and puts forward corresponding countermeasures.On the basis of the concept and theory of employee turnover,this paper analyzes the current situation of the loss of staff in the H furniture company,based on the problem of the turnover of H furniture company.The questionnaire survey method is used to investigate the satisfaction of front-line employees of H furniture company,so as to summarize and analyze the main reasons for the loss of front-line staff.On this basis,combined with the actual situation of H furniture company,this paper puts forward the corresponding countermeasures to reduce the loss rate of front-line staff,that is,to improve the compensation and welfare,to build excellent enterprise culture,to pay attention to the role of employee spiritual motivation,to improve the performance appraisal system,to establish a humanized enterprise management system and to strengthen the training and development of employees.And provide smooth staff promotion channel.Finally,it analyzes the expected effect of reducing the Countermeasures of the loss of front-line staff,and puts forward the guarantee measures to implement,that is,the full support of the top leaders of the company,the improvement of the company management mechanism and the provision of system and funds.The innovation of this paper is embodied in the innovation of the research perspective.Taking the loss of front-line employees in H Furniture Company as the research object,this paper carries out a questionnaire survey on the job satisfaction of front-line employees in H Furniture Company,so as to objectively analyze the loss of front-line employees,and puts forward corresponding improvement measures.In order to effectively reduce the turnover rate of H furniture companies front-line staff.
