In the research of this paper to explore,the key is to go abroad service center in tianjin as a case study analysis,and the service quality management of the basic situation,characteristics and existing bottleneck problem of the implementation of demonstration,this paper,combined with the problems cause of scientific and effective countermeasures are put forward.Based on this research idea,three main parts are set up in this paper.(1)focus is on the current comprehensive service quality management model,implemented a comprehensive interpretation and application of field investigation,in the center service quality management system in the current bottleneck problems existed in the implementation of the demonstration and induction,and combined with the characteristics of this kind of service industry,with improving the service quality management method is proposed to implement service quality management,and demonstrates the application of value.(2)in this article,fully referring to the operation experience of some advanced countries or regions,and scientifically design how to apply project management to promote the service quality management effectiveness maximization realizing the basic process,main content,and targeted to form the basis of the project management framework(3)of this article analyses the present situation of Tianjin foreign services market competition,in combination with the actual situation of overseas service center,the center is analyzed on the problems existing in the service quality management,and service quality management of the related method,found the center in the foreign service quality management of the main elements of a gap and improve the quality management.The service management theory at the same time,this paper analyzes the service center of overseas internal service quality gap between management and performance,and sums up the factors of improving the management of internal service quality management,finally based on the above analysis put forward from the aspects of constructing service quality management system improvement proj ect of comprehensive optimization,has a certain practical significance.
