Research On Poverty Alleviation Performance In Gansu Province

In maintaining social harmony and national stability,eliminating poverty and improving people's livelihood play a key role,which is also the goal of the CPC.Although China has made a series of achievements in poverty alleviation in recent years,China,as a developing country,has a low per capita income level,a large base of poor and poor population,and prominent inter-regional poverty.As a result,there are complex factors restricting the development of poor areas,poverty alleviation has a long way to go.In 2018,the depth of poverty areas in gansu province special financial aid-the-poor funds expenditure of 8.99 billion yuan,accounting for 67.7% of the province,by inputting tent card in disposable income has poor per capita 4800 yuan from 2017 up to 2018 per capita 5390 yuan,a 12.3% increase,net population 776000 people,a total of poverty reduction in the poverty rate has been reduced to 5.6% from9.6% at the end of 2017,including a county "two states" fell by 5.18%.In order to thoroughly understand the implementation of "targeted poverty alleviation",accurately grasp the process of poverty alleviation and the impact of comprehensive poverty alleviation projects on the poverty alleviation of rural households and economic and social development,in-depth research and comprehensive evaluation of poverty alleviation performance.Based on the research and discussion of targeted poverty alleviation in China,this paper sorted out relevant concepts such as poverty and targeted poverty alleviation,and analyzed the key values of current poverty alleviation work on the theoretical basis of sustainable development theory,social reproduction theory and empowerment theory.This paper summarizes the current poverty problems and the main problems of accurate poverty alleviation in gansu province,constructs a set of performance evaluation system of precise poverty alleviation with AHP method,and then carries out research and analysis layer by layer.The results show that the weight of economic and social development in the first-level indicator system and poverty identification in the second-level indicator system is the highest,which means that theabove two indicators can significantly affect the implementation degree of targeted poverty alleviation projects and the implementation effect of policies.It is concluded that further improvement of precision poverty alleviation performance requires accurate establishment of poverty alleviation goals,precise establishment of poverty alleviation goals and accurate help to realize poverty alleviation goals.On this basis,countermeasures and Suggestions for precision poverty alleviation performance in gansu province are put forward.
