With the rapid development of economy,small and medium-sized enterprises are also flourishing.Especially in recent years,the state has paid more and more attention to smes.However,there are still some problems in human resource management in small and medium-sized enterprises.Land service industry refers to the emerging industry formed by the service work related to land resources and land space planning,the industry has the obvious features such as professional and particularity.As the country's emphasis on land resources and space planning,a large number of small and medium-sized enterprises in land service industry have emerged.These enterprises which has the common problem of small and medium-sized enterprises,their employees are relatively less motivated to work and the staff turnover rate is relatively high.Therefore,the development of small and medium-sized enterprises in the land service industry focuses on how to effectively carry out human resource management and motivate employees.This paper choice land service industry relatively typical shandong YH company in small and medium-sized enterprises as the research object,through the careful analysis of shandong YH company current status of incentive mechanism,combining with the questionnaire survey,interviews and other research methods,and considering the company's development,analyzes the current problems existing in the shandong YH company employees incentive mechanism and the reasons of these problems.Through the analysis of the problems,combined with the internal development of the company and the influence of the external environment,a series of optimization design schemes of the company's incentive mechanism are put forward to provide some Suggestions for shandong YH company to solve the problems.By optimizing the salary and welfare structure,strengthening the construction of performance appraisal system,improving the education and training system,and improving the employee career development system,a relatively comprehensive employee incentive mechanism of shandong YH company was established.In order to ensure the smooth operation and function of the incentive mechanism after the optimization design,the guarantee measures are put forward from the aspects of organization,system,material and enterprise culture.In addition,it is hoped that the study of this paper can also give some help and reference to other similar small and medium-sized enterprises in the land service industry.
