Research On Optimization Of Human Resources Management And Control Of C Investment Development Group

Today,with the rapid expansion of economy,the enterprises scale is constantly expanding and the number of industries involved is increasing.Many individual companies have developed into group enterprises.Group enterprises are characterized by scale,multi-industry,cross-region,high efficiency and low cost.Due to these characteristics,the experience and methods accumulated in the management of original single companies are not completely applicable to group enterprises,especially in the aspect of human resource management.A set of scientific human resource management and control system can not only help enterprises realize the basic function of risk control,but also help mobilize the creativity and enthusiasm of ownership companies,improve the work efficiency of employees,and improve the overall economic benefits of enterprises.Therefore,how to optimize the human resource management and control system has become a key problem that many group enterprises urgently need to solve.This article studies the group control and control theory of human resources at home and abroad.Through questionnaire and related personnel interview,this article analyzes the present situation of human resource control and finds out the existing problems.Furthermore,it analyzes the reasons of the problem,in consideration of the factors influencing human resource control mode selection,centralization and decentralization and the advantages and disadvantages.Combining the actual situation of C Investment Group's headquarters and the ownership of company management,the article intends to improve the human resources management and control organization,choose the suitable human resources control mode for individual ownership of the branch companies,optimizes and improves group human resources and the control scheme.This paper provides C Investment Group with the optimization scheme of human resource management and control system,and improves the human resource management and control system of C Investment Group.Finally,to ensure the implementation of the human resource management and control plan of C Investment Group in a better way,relevant supporting measures are put forward,such as improving supervision,establishing human resource management committee,strengthening human resource professional training and building human resource management information system.
