Information and Intelligence brings new development opportunity and challenge for the Internet of Things.The upgrading transformation on industry have higher and higher requirement to the knowledge,skill and quality level of engineering technical personnel in Internet of Things enterprises.Therefore,with the guidance of the policy that the country ceaselessly increases the investment of education resource of high-level talents of the industry of Internet of Things,enterprises also start to work on enhancing the investment of further education and training to optimize the internal talent structure.Engineering technical personnel is the backbone of the development of Internet of Things enterprises,so it is extremely important that the enterprises improve the management of the ability level of the team of engineering technical personnel.The management of the talent team of engineering technical personnel and the optimization of the team talent echelon through the reform of further education and training have been critical topic to enhance the core competition of market.In the study,based on the clarification of the core concept and the overall features of the Internet of Things in our country,the training management of engineering technical personnel in Internet of things Enterprises is the study object.Take the Mawei District,Fuzhou City for example,there would be questionnaire and interview survey with three representative Internet of Things enterprises in Mawei District,Fuzhou City.Seen from the data of the research,the knowledge,ability and quality equipped by the engineering technical personnel in the Internet of Things enterprises are in a huge gap with the development requirement of the Internet of Things;besides,there are several problems in the further education and training of engineering technical personnel in Internet of Things,such as the despising the training management concept of opening and storing talents,single form of training,training content unmatched with post requirement,lack of assessment of training quality evaluation and so on.With the basis of the theory of industrial management and management of human resource,a comprehensive training management mode that is led by enterprise regular training program with the mutual effect of Full Staff Mentor within enterprise,Cluster typeamong enterprises and school enterprise cooperation "Pre-practice" is formed to meet the training of engineering technical personnel in the Internet of Things.In the end,there would be comprehensive training management mode with internal and external interconnection and continuous progress that is suitable for traditional enterprises having access to Internet of Things.At the same time,there would be effective implementation strategies from such internal resources as human resource,finance,organization and external resources as government,peering industry,university and international resource to proceed the comprehensive training management mode of Internet of Things Internet.
