The status of the pay strategy in human resources has become increasingly important as the economic system continues to evolve.Looking back on the development history of China's salary strategy.In the early days of the founding of the People's Republic of China,the principle of "average distribution" was used for wages and benefits,and the "big pot" was eaten.After the reform and opening up,private enterprises flourished,the party's 15th proposed "will be allocated according to work and distribution according to factors of production" to encourage capital,technology and other factors of production to participate in the distribution of income for the development of pay strategy clear policy barriers,From the pay strategy in our country gradually practice.In the economic globalization today,China's enterprises are facing a fast update,competitive international market.The management of enterprises will become increasingly standardized,and the scientific control of the pay strategy has gradually become a key factor in the development of enterprises,so many scholars began to study the relevant foreign remuneration strategy theoryIn this paper,Q marketing planning company as the research object,through the analysis of the status quo of the enterprise pay strategy to find out the shortcomings of the enterprise salary strategy for the company to provide a more optimized salary strategy implementation plan.First of all,this paper elaborates the theoretical basis of the salary strategy,combs the domestic and foreign literature,explains the theoretical significance and practical significance of the creation.Secondly,it introduces the general situation and the problems of the Q company profile and the manpower organization structure and the salary strategy.Through the staff satisfaction survey,in-depth interviews and other methods to collect Q employees for the pay system views,careful analysis of the company's organizational structure,human settings,pay set unreasonable;after the proposed Q company's remuneration strategy reform program,From the salary strategy design planning,the optimization of the content of the salary strategy and the implementation of the salary strategy to optimize the three levels of the program,put forward a multi-directional salary strategy to optimize the implementation of the program to address the previous pay strategy in the various problems;Finally,the conclusions of this paper,and the future direction of efforts to be prospects.This paper starts from the background of the development of salary strategy,and analyzes the actual situation and needs of Q marketing planning company,and optimizes the current salary strategy of the company and designs the corresponding implementation plan.Through the Q marketing company's individual case optimization adjustment,not only to help Q companies out of the current development dilemma,but also other companies in the same industry salary strategy reform has some reference.
