| The Belt and Road Initiative is a new strategic concept for China to deepen it’s foreign cooperation in the new period.International production capacity cooperation is the key to promote this strategy.It is of great significance to promote China’s economic restructuring and industrial transformation and upgrading,and is an inevitable choice for China to cope with the new economic norm.At present,the integration of the Belt and Road Initiative and international production capacity cooperation has brought greater economic benefits.The Belt and Road Initiative provides new platforms and opportunities for promoting economic cooperation between China and other countries,an important element and driving force for international productive capacity and investment cooperation,and helps support and enhance the effectiveness of belt and road projects.International production capacity cooperation focuses on the adjustment and upgrading of China’s industrial structure at this stage,through optimizing the allocation of global factors of production,enhancing China’s position in the global value chain,enhancing international competitiveness,and forming new comparative advantages.China’s participation in global value chains must shift to a subjective division of labour,and objectively to a crossroads.Through restructuring the international production system,international production capacity cooperation will strengthen China’s leading position in the Belt and Road value chain.Along the belts and roads there is a great national demand for infrastructure construction and industrialization,and infrastructure construction,the realization of international productive capacity cooperation Belt and Road Program will greatly promote China’s deep integration along the belts and roads and the country,as well as China’s structural transformation and industrial upgrading and national cooperation.With the profound changes in the pattern of world trade and the gradual evolution of the layout of outward investment,China has proposed the Belt and Road Initiative and the concept of international production capacity cooperation.Promoting the Belt and Road Initiative and international production capacity cooperation is not only an urgent need for China to expand and deepen its opening up to the outside world,but also aneffective way to strengthen mutually beneficial cooperation with other countries in Asia,Europe,Africa and the world.How to study,reasonably promote and implement the international production capacity cooperation strategy under the background of "Belt and Road" has become a practical problem to be solved urgently in China.In order to solve these problems,It is necessary to analyze the mode of cooperation,China’s advantages and location selection,strategic fit is conducive to the long-term,China should actively promote the strategic docking with Benin,through foreign direct investment and project contracting,accelerate the progress of foreign production capacity cooperation,comprehensive use of economic and trade cooperation zone construction,to promote China’s overall production capacity "go out".Through the analysis,China should make use of the existing complete industrial system and rich production capacity reserve,advanced scientific and technological level and good product quality,sufficient foreign exchange reserves,with financial advantages,close regional exchanges,cooperation mechanism gradually perfect and other advantages,actively promote production capacity cooperation with Benin.Through the overall in-depth analysis of Benin’s analysis,under the Belt and Road Initiative to explore new ways of production capacity cooperation. |
